Software Delivery Manager, Aarhus
At the Vitrolife Group, we work every day to unlock the full potential of science and technology to reduce the barriers towards building a family. Together we help our customers and their patients to fulfill the dream of having a baby.
About the role
As Software Delivery Manager at Vitrolife, you will be responsible for ensuring that our software deliveries are planned realistically, executed effectively, and delivered according to agreed milestones, scope, and quality expectations. Working across multiple software development teams, you will drive execution of the software roadmap by turning priorities into predictable deliveries through close collaboration with Project Managers, Products Owners, Engineering Managers, and Scrum Masters.
You will improve planning, increase delivery transparency through meaningful metrics, remove organizational impediments, and help teams continuously improve how they work.
This is an opportunity to shape the future of software delivery in a growing medical device organization where engineering excellence, regulatory compliance, and agile execution in a stage-gate model are equally important.
You will be based in Aarhus, where you will join the dedicated Software Development team of 27 colleagues.
