We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D team, which includes more than 35 engineers and scientists in Aarhus (Viby).
You will contribute to cross-disciplinary projects, driving development from idea to product launch. This is your chance to impact the next generation of fertility technology!
Your impact
Develop mechanical components & systems for new products
Design, draw, and document using SolidWorks & SolidWorks PDM
Translate industrial design concepts into working “Proof of Concept”
Prototype testing and verification including hands-on work in a workshop environment
Optimize constructions for manufacturing
Engage with suppliers and partners for sourcing and technical input
Implement components through to full approval
Support pilot trials and continuous improvement
What you bring
We are looking for candidates with:
Engineering degree (or equivalent) and proven hands-on experience in mechanical product development
Strong skills in design, drawing, and technical documentation
High proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
Experience in device construction, ideally with experience within mechatronics and fine mechanics
Familiarity with manufacturing technologies including plastic injection moulding and machining
Enjoy working hands-on in a workshop environment
Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
Are experienced in supplier collaboration
+5 years of relevant experience
Experience from medical devices or regulated industries is highly valued but not required.
Are independent, solution-oriented, and thrive in both individual and team settings.
