About the role

This role supports the Purchasing and Logistics teams with order processing, supplier communication, item set-up and basic sourcing activities, helping to ensure smooth and efficient supply operations across an international environment.

The position contributes to the timely, cost-effective and compliant purchasing of materials, goods and services required by the organization, working closely with internal teams and suppliers in a dynamic and regulated setting. Key responsibilities:

Set up suppliers and items in Navision, ensuring accurate and up-to-date master data.

• Convert approved offers into purchase orders, send them to suppliers and follow up on delivery dates.

• Register and track direct purchase orders, including IT equipment, mobile phones, cafeteria supplies, Amazon orders and other internal requests.

• Record daily purchasing and logistics incidents, supporting follow-up actions and contributing to the annual review with the Quality department.

• Monitor order status and follow up on deliveries, invoices and pending actions to ensure smooth purchasing operations.

• Respond to internal queries related to purchasing processes, especially those connected to invoicing, order reception and warehouse coordination.

• Prepare import and customs documentation, ensuring that all required paperwork is accurate, complete and compliant with applicable regulations.

• Maintain regular contact with couriers and transport providers to follow up on shipments and help resolve delivery incidents.

• Support invoicing processes by reviewing information, checking accuracy and coordinating with the relevant internal teams when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Logistics.

• Experience in a regulated environment such as MedTech, Pharma, biotech or a similar industry will be considered an advantage.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Experience working with ERP systems.

• Knowledge of Navision will be considered a strong advantage.

• Fluent level of Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

• Detail-oriented and organized person, with strong communication skills.

• Ability to work with different teams and stakeholders in a dynamic and changing environment.
