About the role
We are seeking an engaged and driven Production Engineer to join our Manufacturing team in Aarhus. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating deviations within our processes, driving optimization efforts and initiatives to improve operational efficiency, as well as ensuring strict regulatory compliance in our medical device production.
Your impact
Drive continuous optimization of production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Identify and implement improvement initiatives using LEAN methodologies.
Analyze production data to uncover opportunities for increased productivity and streamlined workflows.
Ensure all work instructions and production documentation are regularly reviewed, updated, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of operational excellence focused on process reliability and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices and sustainable improvements.
Actively participate in internal and external regulatory audits to support compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate product phase-in and phase-out in production to ensure smooth transitions
What you bring
Degree in Engineering or a related technical field (such as Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering).
Experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferably within medical devices or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and other process optimization tools.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards).
Proven ability to analyze production data and drive improvement initiatives.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain an overview and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
