Customer Service Representative

What you’ll do
Behind every successful global healthcare operation, there is a dedicated Customer Service team ensuring that every interaction is seamless, supportive and handled with care.
key Responsabilities
Customer Support & Experience
• Be the first point of contact for clinics and private patients via phone and email.
• Provide clear information about genetic testing services and guide customers.
• Track, manage and resolve customer inquiries proactively.
Operational Coordination
• Collaborate closely with Laboratory, Diagnostics, and Genetic Counseling teams.
• Manage customer data in Salesforce CRM and Navision.
• Support payment collections, kit requests, and account management.
Process Quality & Collaboration
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date customer information.
• Contribute to improved service processes.
What You Need to Succeed
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years in customer service, ideally in healthcare.
• Technical skills: Salesforce, Navision, Microsoft Office.
• Languages: Native/Bilingual Spanish, Fluent English, plus French/Italian valued.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
