HR Assistant - Temporary position- at Vitrolife Group

SUMMARY
The HR Assistant contributes by performing operational tasks, assisting mainly in the Health and Safety area, with employee relations, recruitment area and HR documents and processes. This role ensures HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Your main tasks:
1- Provide operative support in the Health and Safety area by:
- assuring full compliance with legal requirements and certifications
- coordinating medical checks and all initiatives and actions related to this area.
- arranging initial and periodical training.
2- Support benefits administration and respond to employee queries.
3- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
4- Assist in onboarding procedures.
5- Support the team in handling employee queries, draft internal communications and organizing team events.
6 Assist in maintaining compliance with labor and company policies.
7 Assist with the preparation of reports, documents and implementation of company business travel policy.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a Human Resources department.
- You’re eager to learn, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You have strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in Spanish and English.
- You live in Valencia and can come to the office on a daily basis.
- You speak English and Spanish fluently. You already hold a work permit.
