Diagnostic Administrative Specialist

Responsibilities:
· Manage systems, reporting, and documentation.
· Coordinate communications and follow-ups.
· Support diagnostic specialists with non-technical tasks.
· DiagnosticsUSA and Endoinfousa inbox review.
· Client communication for suspected report delay.
· Review of portal/integration/affiliate translocation panels.
· Review of all Canadian test type case panels.
· Review of all USA test type panels.
· Review of special clients test type cases and ensuring case satisfaction.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Educational background - 2 year degree, ideally someone of an administrative background/customer service experience
Years of experience - 1 year minimum
Language proficiency - proficient in English and Spanish
Soft skills and any other relevant details - Microsoft suite competent and high computer literacy
