Global CRM Business Analyst

About the Role:
We are locking for a Global CRM Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and in a global administration, you will work closely with our internal stakeholders and our external providers to make our business process of our different Business Areas more efficient. You will find and scale any development using best practices and help users to engage with Clouds like: Sales, RLM, Experience Cloud, and others.
Key responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Requirement Gathering: Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Solution Design: Work with Salesforce administrators and developers to design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
- Process Improvement: Analyse current processes (AS IS) and design optimized future processes (TO BE) to improve operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for business requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
- Testing & Deployment: Oversee UAT and post-deployment validation to ensure successful implementation of changes and updates.
- Training & Enablement: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to leverage Salesforce effectively.
- Project Leadership: Act as a project coordinator or lead for Salesforce-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, trends, and best practices to continuously improve the platform’s capabilities.
Requirements
- University degree (Business or engineering)
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with focus in Core Clouds.
- Experience in Sales, RLM, Experience Cloud, CPQ and Marketing Clouds is a plus
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce Sales Certified is a plus
- Proactive approach to optimise Salesforce Strategy
- Experience collaborating with all business operations in an international setting
- Analytical and highly technically focused
- Adaptive, collaborative, professional and loves working in an ever-changing environment where you are constantly improving yourself, and your processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills (B2-C1)
