Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are now looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team, reporting to Vice President Commercial Excellence. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data-driven business insights, enjoys working with complex data sets, and has the ability to transform numbers into actionable strategies. You will work closely with commercial leaders, supporting decision-making with high-quality analysis and clear recommendations. This is a full-time position, based from our office in Valencia, Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, structure, and analyse commercial and business performance data.
- Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Train and support colleagues in using Power BI effectively.
- Provide advanced analysis in Excel; create models and scenarios to support business cases.
- Work with our CRM system (Salesforce) to extract and interpret data.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management, shaping commercial strategies.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, or strategy analysis.
- Experience from Healthcare, Medical Device, IVF, IVD or similar is highly valued.
- Strong skills in Power BI and Excel (advanced level).
- Experience from working with CRM systems, Salesforce is a strong advantage.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and presenting to senior management.
- Business English fluency, both written and spoken. Spanish and/or Swedish fluency are a plus.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Engineering, Biotechnology or similar is a plus, but not mandatory.
