Senior Market Intelligence Analyst

We are now seeking for a Senior Market Intelligence Analyst to join our Strategy & Sustainability team, reporting to Vice President Strategy & Sustainability. This role focuses on interpreting market data and trends, delivering insights that guide strategic decisions across the business. You will work at the intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling - helping us understand the bigger picture behind the numbers. This is a full-time position, based from our office in Valencia, Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse market, technology and industry intelligence data, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Design and evolve the market intelligence model, ensuring accuracy and scalability, while driving the transition from Excel-based tools toward integrated enterprise systems.
- Translate complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Create reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Use Excel for advanced analysis and Power BI for visualisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to support strategy development.
- Present findings to senior leadership, enabling decisions & shaping long-term business direction.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in market intelligence, strategy, or business analytics.
- Experience from Healthcare, Medical Device, IVF, IVD or similar is highly valued.
- Excellent Excel skills: Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills - able to create structured and compelling reports.
- Experience preparing and presenting insights to senior management and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Business English fluency, both written and spoken. Spanish and/or Swedish fluency are a plus.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Engineering, Biotechnology or similar is a plus, but not mandatory.
