Technical Service Engineer (North America)

Experienced Technical Service Engineer to join Vitrolife. Looking for someone in the Denver, Colorado area.
We are looking for an individual to maintain and repair advanced infertility equipment in laboratories in North America.
This is a full-time position with nights and weekends available for on call rotation with the other service team members.
This position is based out of our Denver, Colorado location.
Salary: $85-$95k
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on EmbryoScope TimeLapse and Culture Systems
- Install capital equipment at customer sites according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair Vitrolife capital equipment, both remotely and onsite
- Provide timely and professional technical support to customers and internal teams
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication
- Travel extensively (minimum 80%) to support installations, service calls, and training
Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum: Associate degree in a technical or engineering program
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Experience:
- Minimum: 1–2 years in a technical or engineering role
- Preferred: 4–8 years in technical service, engineering, or equipment repair
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with hardware assembly and software configuration
- Familiarity with IT troubleshooting, networking, and system integration
- Experience in electronic or pnemation systems preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, including pnemation
- Advanced PC knowledge: hardware assembly, software setup, and networking
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues across IT and lab equipment
- Professional appearance and communication in customer-facing settings
- Organized, logical, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Ability to follow protocols and ask clarifying questions when needed
- Comfortable working independently and managing extensive travel schedules
