Global Digital Integration Manager to Vitrolife Group

We are now searching for a strategic and results-driven Global Digital Integration Manager to own, coordinate, and develop our collaborations with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) vendors worldwide. This high-impact role serves as the primary commercial contact for EMR providers and is pivotal in establishing and executing our integration roadmap to unlock value for both Vitrolife Group and our partners. This is a Full-time permanent position based in either Gothenburg or Aarhus, occasional travel is required.
The Role
As the Global Digital Integration Manager, you will take ownership of Vitrolife’s relationships with EMR vendors, ensuring that our integration initiatives are driven by clear priorities, robust processes, and mutually beneficial partnerships. Acting as the bridge between our technical, product, and commercial teams and external partners, you will be a key influencer in shaping and realising our global digital strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for EMR vendors globally, establishing long-lasting, trusted relationships and ensuring productive collaboration.
- Setting up business agreements with EMR vendors to facilitate the operational integrations.
- Organise and facilitate high-level product demonstrations and technical discussions to align on requirements, showcase integration benefits, and maintain a mutual understanding of solution capabilities.
- Set and manage integration priorities, maintaining alignment with company strategy, customer needs, and available resources.
- Ensure seamless communication between technical and commercial stakeholders, promoting a standardised approach to EMR integrations and value-driven delivery.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field. Previous experience in working with EMR vendors, digital health solutions, project management, or commercial partnership roles is highly valued.
- Minimum 5+ years in a commercial, or integration-focused role with experience from negotiating contracts and managing partners, preferably with experience from Med tech.
- Project management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident communicator with ability to facilitate both commercial and high-level technical conversations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, and deliver on commitments.
- Solution-oriented, proactive team player with experience form cross-functional collaboration.
- Organized, structured, and strategic thinker.
- Fluency in English written and oral; additional languages are a plus.
